Technician Helper 

We are looking for someone that is eager to learn and help with the installations of residential and commercial units.

This person needs to have the following:

  • Full provincial drivers license
  • Comfortable with heights and regular lifting of over 50lbs.
  • An accountable and responsible personality, delivering high customer satisfaction, and has a Positive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment, completing the installation and commissioning of HVAC elements
  • Must be flexible to work weekends, evenings, and on-call.

Technician Installer 

We are looking for an experienced (min 2 years) HVAC installer.

This person needs to have the following:

  • Must have experience working with rooftop units, split systems, gas-fired heaters.
  • Installation and repair of refrigeration piping
  • Troubleshooting HVAC systems
  • Practical knowledge of start-up and commissioning HVAC equipment
  • Must have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Installation and repair of sheet metal
  • Responsible for communicating directly with clients on-site
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal communications
  • Must have experience in performing preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.
  • Maintain company vehicle to a clean and safe condition
  • Must be flexible to work weekends, evenings, and on-call.

Preferred License:
Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (Preferred)
Refrigeration License 313A (Preferred)

Required License:
Gas Technician II license.
Certificate of qualification (C of Q) as an Air Conditioning Mechanic (Ontario – 313d)
Must have valid Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) card.
Full provincial Drivers Licence


Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities:

  • Seek, identify, follow up and close sales on leads and opportunities that have been provided
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls
  • Assist with the closing of business and moving opportunities along in the sales cycle.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements

  • Minimum 2 years HVAC sales experience with demonstration of excellent customer service skills, organizational, time management, and great communication skills
  • Computer literacy including practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Housecall Pro, OnCall Air
  • Access to own vehicle and willingness to travel
  • Completion of Post-Secondary education or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales environment
  • A proven track record of closing sales
  • Well-mannered and professional behavior
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Clean background check necessary




  • Management and oversight of administrative staff (monitoring scheduling, attendance, punctuality)
  • Coordinating all departments’ work activities, assisting with staff management, and staff resources;
  • Coordinating and leading customer meetings and service calls.
  • Developing and implementing all company policies, and ensuring they are up-to-date;


  • Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or in a related discipline is preferred;
  • Demonstrate supervisory experience within a fast-paced, rapidly changing business environment;
  • Knowledge of operational activities, including billings, collections, and scheduling;
  • Strong written and oral communication skills;
  • Track record of leading by example, promoting positive employee relations and employee engagement;
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel. Understanding of Housecall Pro would be an advantage.
